Happy Birthday to my best friend, my sister, and the incredible woman I get to walk this journey with every day — Cherisse ❤️

Today we celebrate you not just as the co-founder of SpeakWrite Consulting, but as the powerhouse woman you are in every part of your life.

You are a mother — not only to your beautiful boys, but to mine, to our daughters, and to so many who are lucky enough to call you Mum/ Aunty . You show up with love, strength, and wisdom in ways that can’t always be seen, but are always deeply felt.

You are a sister, a best friend, and my person. We’ve walked through some of the biggest milestones of life together — births, marriage, business, travel, and everything in between. Through thick and thin, you’ve been right there. And I am so grateful for you.

You are humble, kind, and caring — but also fierce, proud, and unapologetically Blak. A staunch advocate who constantly goes above and beyond to represent and fight for your community. You carry so much, give so much, and still continue to show up with strength and grace.

You deserve all the recognition and then some. You deserve happiness, success, and everything good this life has to offer.

✨ Expression of Interest | Business Operations Coordinator ✨

SpeakWrite Consulting is growing, and we are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business and help bring structure, calm, and momentum to our work.

This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves organisation and coordination
Can juggle multiple projects without losing the detail
Is proactive, grounded, and values purpose-driven work
Wants to work alongside Aboriginal women leaders and support meaningful, community-led outcomes

SpeakWrite Consulting works across public speaking, facilitation, program delivery, cultural immersions, events, strategic consulting, and business development — so no two days are the same.

🧠 This is not a junior admin role.
We are looking for someone who can think ahead, take ownership, and support business operations, so we can stay focused on strategy, relationships, and delivery.

✨ We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
Cultural understanding, lived experience, and alignment with our values are highly valued.

📍 Flexible / remote-friendly (with some in-person work depending on location)

2025~ This year was huge! The kind that fills your cup and stretches your spirit. From community to conference halls, policy yarns to on‑Country camps, SpeakWrite showed up with courage, clarity and cultural integrity (as always).

When people find their voice, the whole room shifts.
In our workshops and keynotes, coaching leaders and shaping stories, this year was all about clarity, courage, and communication that actually lands.
