I'm lucky in that I get to do something that I genuinely love.
You however, might be one of the more than 1 in 2 people who feel that you're on a career treadmill, wondering how you got to be where you are, not sure where you're headed and not particularly enjoying what you do. 😞
I get it - I certainly didn't have a career roadmap - it was more by luck than judgment that I walked the path I did and some of those steps I would change with hindsight.
We spend far too much of our adult life working for it not be enjoyable - indeed a great job can be fulfilling and exciting and become an integral part of who we are as people.
