Are you up to date with cervical screening? The Cervical Screening Test can find human papillomavirus (HPV), which causes most cervical cancers.

You can choose to do the test yourself in private at your health service, or a clinician can do it for you.

If you’re age 25–to74, it’s just 1 test every 5 years. Learn more: https://www.cancer.nsw.gov.au/cervical-screening-for-aboriginal-women

🐚 From all of us at PWPBN —
Happy Mother’s Day 🌊🤍
To the mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunties, fathers, uncles and all who mother with love across our Pacific communities — we honour you today.
For the quiet sacrifices 🌿
For the strength behind families ⚓
For the prayers carried 🕊️
For the love that never gives up 💙
You are the heartbeat of our homes and the soul of our Pacific.
Deep as the ocean.
Strong as our islands.
Sacred as a mother’s love. 💒

A mother’s love is one of life’s deepest blessings. 🌺
These beautiful moments shared between Rev. Faaimata Havea Hiliau and her beloved daughter remind us that love is not always loud — sometimes it is found in presence, tenderness, protection, and quiet sacrifice.
Across the Pacific, family remains the heartbeat of who we are.
A love rooted in faith, respect, culture, and connection across generations.
This is the beauty of Pacific love. ❤️

Behind every strong Pacific family is a woman who sacrificed quietly, loved deeply, prayed faithfully, and carried generations with grace. 🌺
Today, we honour our mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and all women who nurture our Pacific with strength, faith, culture, and unconditional love.
You are the heartbeat of our families and the soul of our islands.
Happy Mother’s Day from PWPBN. 🌺

️💡Success Is Built Daily
Success rarely arrives overnight. It is built through small habits—waking early, showing up, being dependable, and staying committed even when tired.
: Every fine mat is woven strand by strand.
What daily habit has helped you most in life?

PWPBN | Women Deliver 2026 – Power Statement

❓️❓️❓️The question is not whether we can afford to invest in girls —
it is whether we can afford not to.
✔️Too many girls are carrying burdens before they are carrying dreams.
✔️Solving problems they did not create, navigating systems that were not built for them.
✔️Because if a system cannot reach a 12-year-old girl with a good idea —
then the system is still too far away.
✔️Girls do not live in programmes.
✔️They live in families, in villages, in churches, in schools —
and that is exactly where our investment must land.
✔️Policy without community will not reach her.
✔️Community without systems will not sustain her.
✔️We need both — working as one.
✔️And let’s be honest —
girls are often celebrated in speeches,
but missing in budgets.
📸💪👏That must change.
✔️So let this not be another conversation that sounds good in the room but disappears outside it.
📢Here is our challenge:
In the next 30 days —
each of us must connect one girl-led idea
to one real opportunity.
One grant.
One mentor.
One safe space.
One pathway.
Because power for girls cannot wait for another conference.
It must begin — with us, with what we have, and right now.
Grateful Heart that Pacific voices were represented!
