✨ Launching the 2026 Beginning Teacher Network (BTN)! ✨

Session One: Wednesday 25th February
Theme: Understanding Self and Others

We’ll be exploring the Whole Brain Thinking Model and using our Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) profiles to:
• Discover our own thinking preferences
• See how our style shifts under pressure

✨ The Beginning Teacher Network Launch🚀

Yesterday we launched the Beginning Teacher Network (BTN) with an inspiring group of early career high school teachers in Bathurst, NSW. The energy, curiosity, and commitment in the room was incredible.

Teachers:
🔗Connected with other beginning teachers
🔑Unpacked their ‘WHY’
🧠Identified the team Professional Learning focus
✅Explored practical strategies to use in the classroom

It was a powerful reminder that the beginning years of teaching are not meant to be done alone — community and collaboration make all the difference.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the schools and leaders supporting their teachers to engage in this network.
