That is how Kristen Anner from Parramatta Web Design described it.
The first half of that sentence is not unusual. Plenty of rooms are full of successful businesses.

The second half is the part that takes work.
Established hashtag owners are busy. Their default is to protect their own time and their own pipeline. Getting a room of them to genuinely pay attention to each other's businesses is not something that happens by accident, it happens through hashtag , and through showing up consistently enough that the hashtag become real.

That is the difference between a networking event and a business networking group.

We had a visitor from another chapter this week.

Ravi Patil, Director at Digital Impact Gurus, joined us at BNI Millionaire's Lane, visiting from BNI Presidential in North Sydney.

This is what he said afterwards:

"It is hard to find this many quality professionals under one roof."

Coming from someone who works in digital marketing every day, that is a good reminder that some things still happen best in person.

A good question to ask about any networking group, who is actually in the room?

Connor Matthews from BuildConsult Projects put it this way:

"The quality and the value of the room comes from the quality of the businesses. And because our room has a benchmark for all of our businesses, it just means that the quality of our businesses is quite high."

That is the part people notice when they visit us.

Not the coffee, not the early start, the standard of the businesses around the table.

The room speaks for itself.

Ramy Georges from Prime Loans shares what visiting BNI Millionaire's Lane has meant for his business. In his words, the room shows you the value, it doesn't just tell you about it. The referrals, the business closed, the support between members, it's all right there to see.

Another week of real numbers from BNI Millionaire's Lane.

This week our members passed 86 referrals and closed $231,502 in business between them. Since October 1 that adds up to 2,991 referrals and $6,379,712 in closed business, a clear sign of what consistent, trust based relationships can do for a group of local business owners. These numbers were held and presented by our trusted Vice President, Ronald Alexander from Novus Growth

We also had a strong education session this week from Martin Baldacchino of CENTURY 21 The Hills Realty District, who spoke on the systems it takes to run a business well.

Jason Lukic from OMI Electrical and Connor Matthews from BuildConsult Projects each took their six minutes to give the room a deeper look into their businesses.

The Golden Mic went to Mehdi Mansouri from Gate Automation NSW, awarded by Ashish Malhotra from Auswide Buyers Agency, for a 35 second presentation that had the whole room paying attention.
