Appliance technican.
ABOUT US
We are a locally owned and operated appliance repair Company in Canberra.
We service local customers and are Warranty agents for Miele and Bosch.
We have built our reputation based on our high standard of workmanship and customer service and are looking for a candidate who would be able to uphold these same standards.
About the role:
Looking for a fulltime or parttime employee, with or without Experience within the Appliance industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction.
· Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.
· Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
· Maintaining and managing van stock and spare parts inventory.
The Successful applicant must demonstrate the following:
Positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Neat and professional presentation
Honest and reliable
Able to lift heavy items
Computer Software applications
Highly desirable, appliance repair and troubleshooting experience.
Electrical license would be advantageous
Manual car license preferred
Conduct repairs predominantly alone, some jobs will require team work
Prerequisites wwvp cards, police checks
