📢 WE’RE HIRING – EVENING TEAM LEADER
Part-Time | Sunday–Thursday
4 - 9pm (flexible)
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Evening Team Leader.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small evening team and making sure customer orders are picked, packed and ready to go for dispatch the following morning.
🥕 The role includes:
Leading and supporting a small evening team
Picking & packing orders accurately and efficiently
Making sure every order is completed to a very high standard
Keeping the warehouse organised and running efficiently
Working quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Ensuring clear communication between the evening and morning teams
Making sure the morning team has everything they need for a smooth start
👇 We’re looking for someone who:
Has a hands-on leadership style and leads by example
Has exceptional attention to detail
Can work quickly and efficiently
Is self-motivated and can work autonomously
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Has strong knowledge of fresh produce
Has excellent communication skills
Previous leadership/team-leading experience is desirable
Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
🥕 Fresh produce knowledge is important!
You need to know your produce — for example, you should be able to confidently tell one variety of pumpkin from another.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about getting orders right the first time, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
