Many of you will recognise Jairo's name from coffees we've featured before, and we're excited to have him back on our shelves while sharing more of his story with our community.

With decades of experience and a passion for quality, Jairo continues to produce exceptional coffees alongside his family. Together, they've embraced innovative processing methods and introduced exotic varieties across their farms, helping create coffees with remarkable character and complexity.
