What a week! Growers, partners and industry professionals from around the world joined us in the vineyards to experience Grapa varieties up close, from our commercial varieties to the exciting next generation.

Tailored tours, lots of questions, technical discussions, great conversations and, of course, plenty of grapes! And we couldn’t have ended the week better than with our Gala Dinner.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made these Field Days so special.

The Grapa Field Days 2026 are in full swing in Bakersfield, California. 💪

Growers, partners, and industry leaders from around the world are walking the rows to see the Grapa Varieties up close, from vine to cold storage. Five days of tastings, technical tours, and real conversations about what's next for table grapes.

In this video from California, where the ARRA Honey Pop™ harvest began over a month ago, André Vermaak shows how well the variety continues to perform.

Even weeks after the first pick, the fruit remains in excellent condition on the vine, giving growers the flexibility to harvest when it best suits their operation and market requirements.

The ability to maintain outstanding quality on the vine provides greater harvest flexibility, simplifies planning, and gives growers more opportunities to target the right market window.

ARRA Honey Pop™ was bred to deliver quality fruit from the very beginning of the season and to continue delivering it throughout an extended harvest period.

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming partners, growers and traders to the Grapa breeding site in Bakersfield, California, for our Early Season Preview.

Throughout the week, guests joined small, guided tours of both the Grapa breeding site and commercial vineyards, offering a firsthand look at our very early and early commercial varieties, including ARRA Honey Pop™, ARRA Fire Kiss™ and ARRA Mystic Charm™, as well as several exciting new selections from the Grapa portfolio.

There is no better way to discuss a variety than by standing beside the vines, seeing the fruit firsthand, tasting it, and exchanging ideas in the field. These conversations are what continue to drive innovation forward.

While our Early Season Preview has come to an end, the season is far from over.

For those who couldn't join us this week, we've carefully preserved a selection of our very early varieties in cold storage so they can also be experienced during the Grapa Field Days, taking place in Bakersfield from 3–7 August.
