Back before the mass ‘discovery’ of sustainability and electric vehicles, the UK had its milk delivered fresh from the dairy via electric milk floats. The milk was of course supplied in recyclable glass bottles, with aluminum foil lids. Simple indeed and it worked, until the world ditched this perfect model in favourite of supermarket convenience.

One UK company want to bring back this service and expand on their offering.

Quad bikes are certainly a useful vehicle on the farm, but a risk assessment needs to be done to make sure it’s the right one for the job.

There are ways to minimise risks if quad bikes are used in your workplace. You should also consider whether a different vehicle may be safer.
