Hi everyone,
Really excited to launch my "Reflection Journal"a dedication to my parents lives

This book is a tool that can be used in homes, hospitals,Aged Care facilities and Palliative Care Hospices.I have been using this over the years and it allows the patient and families to have clearer and more open conversations
They come in a pack with a sign for the room door, and an option of a stand with secured pen

The Reflection JournalAllows the visitor to leave a message if the person is sleeping or unable to have visitorsGives visitors peace of mind knowing that the person will know they visitedAllows the family to know whi has visited and allows them to keep in contact (using Visitors Contact Log)Can be used as a conversation tool

Please share with anyone who may benefit and contact me if your interested or would like to have more information
