After a cool start in Spring and some rainy weather, the summer was mild, allowing extended hang time where the grapes developed further complexity and concentration.

We hand-harvested on March 18th 2023 and now you can taste the fabulous result of all our cate and attention in the vineyard and winery, in our recently released 2023 Parea Estate Single Vineyard Blewitt Springs Shiraz.

Please excuse our quietude!

Some memories from the hot/dry 2025 harvest - our earliest so far. Healthy, concentrated fruit has produced wines of great intensity this year. We look forward to seeing how they evolve in barrel over coming months.

Also, 2025 saw our first very small harvest of Grenache from own-rooted bush vines planted in 2022. The journey begins…

An amazing night at .sg where I had the honour of presenting our wine alongside some other great producers. Our 2022 Single Vineyard Blewitt Springs Shiraz was singing and a perfect match to the Pakistani Lamb Chop! Being able to showcase our wine in such an iconic Michelin Starred venue, 15th in Asia’s 50 Best is a proper pinch yourself moment.

We have bottled a very limited quantity of magnums for our 2022 Blewitt Springs Shiraz which are available to order in the link in our Bio.
It is a beautifully aromatic Shiraz with blue fruit, spice, herb and mineral notes supported by a great acid line and crunchy tannins. Enjoy now with a decant or cellar!
