The ACCC has published a recall notice for the following products:

- Educational Colours – Rainbow Sand (1.3kg)
- Creatistics – Coloured Sand (1kg)
- Kadink – Sand (1.3kg)

These products were sold nationally, including at Officeworks and online.

Under new laws named in honour of Daniel Morcombe, Queensland is establishing a public child s*x offender register.

The photos and personal details of reportable offenders who fail to comply with their obligations or hide from police will be listed on a newly established government website. It will arm parents with the information they need and make Queensland safer.

These new laws will help parents protect children who can’t protect themselves by putting the rights of victims ahead of offenders.

We've partnered with the Daniel Morcombe Foundation to help keep Qld kids safe. For more information about the Daniel Morcombe Foundation and Day for Daniel, visit www.danielmorcombe.com.au

Temporary fee waiver - Tropical Cyclone Alfred
When considering reopening, your service may need to apply for a temporary waiver. Waiver application fees associated with cyclone-related impacts have been waived for this event.

Services that have received significant, long-term damage may need to relocate temporarily. This will require a new service approval, which the Regulatory Authority can prioritise. These fees will also be waived. If you are uncertain whether you need a temporary waiver, please contact your regional office.
