I've written a new blog post about something I feel strongly about, and it's a bit more personal than my usual posts.

It's about labels. Boxes. The way we sort people into neat categories, then quietly expect them to live up to whatever that category implies. I talk about how that shows up in childhood, in adulthood, and particularly in conversations around neurodiversity, where there's often more focus on diagnosis than on simply understanding how someone actually works best.

It's also part of why I do what I do. Every client I work with is different, and that's exactly how it should be.

Have a read on the blog https://www.andiamoassist.co.uk/post/diagnosis-and-labels

Introducing Inspire & Connect Bingley

September always feels like a fresh start to me. It could be the changing leaves, years of new shoes for the start of term, or the gradually darker evenings, but it feels like exactly the right moment to bring something new to Bingley.

I've been a member of Inspire & Connect for two years and it's the one group I attend monthly without fail, focused on community, collaboration and honest, practical support between women in business. Now I get to bring that same spirit here: a space where local women in business can meet, share ideas and grow together, whether you're just starting out or you've been running your own business for years.

Join me for our very first meeting:
Monday 21st September, 9:30am
The Craft House, Main Street, Bingley

I'm thrilled to welcome Jules Bickerdyke from MoonStone Feng Shui as our launch speaker. Jules will be exploring how the flow of energy in your home or office affects your focus, your mood and even the opportunities that come your way. Simple, grounded ideas you can take home and use straight away.

Existing Inspire & Connect members are welcome to join me at no additional cost.

New to the network? Come and join us for the day for just £10 using the link below.

I can't wait to meet you.

Sometimes you just click with someone… and something really good comes from it.

That’s exactly what happened when Jess and I started working together last year.

Two very different brains. Two very different approaches. One goal: actually getting things done (without the chaos).

Jess runs her business with ADHD. I support multiple business owners with ADHD.

And somehow… it just works.

Over the last year, we’ve found practical ways of working that actually help, without trying to force people into systems and boxes. So we decided to turn what we’ve learned into something that could help other people too.

We ran our first workshop in June, and the feedback was AMAZING, so we're going to do it again!

Book your place using the button below:
📅Friday, 25th June 2006, 10:00 - 13:00, Pudsey, Leeds
🎟️£50 per person, max. 6 places
🔗 https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1991362944172

This half-day, face-to-face, super interactive workshop is for you if you have ADHD and/or you are tired of trying to make “traditional productivity” fit.

No rigid routines. No guilt. No “just try harder” energy.

Just real, practical ways of working with your brain, not against it.

If you want to leave with more clarity, a realistic plan, and methods that actually feel doable… this is for you.

We’d love to see you there!

Ever get to the end of the day and feel completely wiped out, but you're not really sure why?

I was recently introduced to a concept called Energy Accounting, and it's honestly changed how I think about my week.

The idea is simple. Treat your energy like money in a bank account. Some things make withdrawals. Some things make deposits. And if you're not keeping an eye on the balance, you'll end up overdrawn, just like you would with actual money.

It was developed for autistic people managing stress and energy levels, but the more I dug into it, the more I realised it applies to pretty much anyone. Especially if you're self-employed, where there's nobody else clocking how drained you're getting.

I've written a full blog on how it works: how to build your own list of red, amber, and green activities, how to balance them out day to day, and what to do when your energy's already running low and life hasn't got the memo.

Grab a cuppa and have a read. I think it'll strike a chord.

Every one of our Season 6 guests had a different job title. But underneath, they were all telling us the same thing.

That the thing you think is unrelated to your business is often the thing driving it.

🎙️ A photographer who built her business around a deeply personal loss.
🎙️ A marketing strategist raising young children whilst arguing that empathy is the one skill AI will never touch.
🎙️ A coach who wrote a book in nine months, edited it fifteen times, and let it reshape her entire career.
🎙️ A former Met Police officer who told us it is not who you are underneath, it is what you do that defines you.
🎙️ An accountant who built an award winning practice whilst navigating parenthood and an ADHD diagnosis, and who admitted the accountancy itself was never the passion.
🎙️ A magazine founder who rediscovered her creative side during lockdown and turned it into a community.
🎙️ An AI specialist who spent the episode arguing against chasing every shiny piece of tech, and for focus instead.

Seven guests. Seven completely different strings to their bow.

Thank you to every single one of them for being so honest with us this season.

What's the experience you once thought had nothing to do with your business, but turned out to be exactly why it works?

Season 7 available September 2026!

Introducing Inspire & Connect Bingley

I'm so excited to share that I'm launching a new Bingley branch of Inspire & Connect Network. I've been a member of Inspire & Connect for two years and it's the one group I attend monthly without fail, focussed on community, collaboration, practical advise and genuinely supporting one another. Now I get to bring that same spirit to Bingley: a space where local women in business can meet, share ideas and support one another, whether you're just starting out or you've been running your own business for years.

It's the school holidays, and if your business admin has quietly gone out the window while you juggle everything else, you're not alone.

I'm Chloe, I run Andiamo Business Assistance from Bingley, and this is exactly the kind of moment I help with. Chasing invoices. Sorting the inbox. Pulling together that report you've been putting off. Even a couple of hours a week can take the pressure off while your attention is elsewhere.

No judgement, no fuss, just some breathing space handed back to you.

First hour is free. Get in touch if you'd appreciate a hand.

Summer was supposed to be the quiet season. Nobody told July.

Six new clients this month (word of mouth, networking and yes, even a Google search, which felt like a genuine win after months of SEO work). A new Inspire & Connect Networking branch launching in Bingley. And Strings To Your Bow rolling straight from season six into seven and eight.

It's been full on, but the good kind of busy, the kind that reminds you why you do this.

Not every client I work with loves structure.

Some send voice notes instead of emails. Some jump between ideas.

Some have weeks where everything flows… and weeks where it doesn’t.

That’s not a problem to fix.

Being adaptable means I work with that, not against it.

We find a way that works for them, not a system they have to force themselves into.

Because the right support should fit around you.

Andiamo Business Assistance. Virtual Assistant support that works with you.
