The Ripple Effect of Food

The Ripple Effect of Food Helping businesses increase the mental well being of their employees with nutritional workshops.

‘The Ripple effect of Food’ program is designed for women in the workforce juggling families and careers, who struggle with stress related issues, or who are looking for a natural way to give them that all needed edge. Stress is the second most common cause of workplace compensation claims in Australia. And although stress cannot always be taken away, ‘The Ripple Effect of Food’ strives to help yo

u and your employers cope better with the side effects of stress and help them increase their mental performance. Research has shown the integral part nutrition plays in the mental wellbeing of us humans, and malnutrition has shown to be one of the main drivers for anxiety, depression and stress. This program is offered to companies looking to start ‘The Ripple Effect of Food’ among their employees, and for you, the woman who followed the program or is simply interested in topics that matter. Feel free to like and share this page to stay up to date with the latest research, recipes, blogs, vlogs and what not, and enjoy!

Food for Mental Wellness, Cooking with Teens Workshop! We had an awesome day with a group of teens discussing and cooking foods which aid in our mental wellbeing.
I have been interested for long what certain foods can do for our mental wellbeing and our brain capacity. Being able to bring this knowledge across in a hands-on workshop was great!
