Big quarter for Pacific Resources

The Snowstorm Gold Project acquisition is complete - PXR now owns 100% of this high-grade gold asset in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields.

Over in Tasmania, channel sampling at the Coupon Prospect returned high-grade gold of 2.41g/t, sharpening targets ahead of a planned maiden drilling program.

Due diligence also continues on the Eastern Victorian Goldfields option.

It's official - Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has completed the acquisition of the high-grade Snowstorm Gold Project in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields 🟡

The final payment is made and PXR now holds 100% ownership.

Snowstorm comes with extensive previous drilling behind it and our new sampling programme has just wrapped, with results pending.

It also grows our footprint in the Eastern Goldfields, where we hold an option over further projects.

Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has completed its first field sampling programme at the high-grade Snowstorm Gold Project in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields.

The team collected 22 channel samples across the Project - focused on historic underground workings and the northern part of the tenure. Samples are now with the lab, with results to follow.

The programme was designed to confirm strong gold results from earlier sampling and test newly discovered structures. Pacific is also due to make its final $200,000 payment this month to take 100% ownership of the Project.

9th June 2026 - ASX Announcement
Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has returned significant gold results from its channel sampling program at the priority Coupon Prospect, part of the Sulphide Creek Gold-Antimony Project in north-west Tasmania.

Results from 12 channel samples include 2.41 g/t and 2.30 g/t gold, and confirm a coherent mineralised zone over a strike length of around 12 metres. A strong gold-arsenic-antimony signature — with peak arsenic of 2,470ppm — points to a robust, structurally controlled gold system, with the peak values tied to a west-dipping fault structure.

These results materially de-risk the Coupon target and will feed a 3D geological model to sharpen drill targeting ahead of a planned first phase of diamond drilling.

2nd June 2026 - ASX Announcement
Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has advanced to 50% ownership of the high-grade Snowstorm Gold Project in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields, after making the first acquisition payment of $160,000 to project owners Mines of Stirling.

Under the binding agreement, a final payment of $200,000 is due on or before 17 July 2026, at which point Pacific will assume 100% ownership and complete the acquisition. Snowstorm comes with an approved work plan for an underground bulk sampling program to extract up to 3,000 tonnes of mineralised material — something the team plans to re-assess as an early priority for fieldwork.

The acquisition strengthens Pacific's growing exploration footprint in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields.

24th March 2026 - ASX Announcement
Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has provided a due diligence update on the Eastern Victorian Goldfields Project, which it holds a 19-month option to acquire from First Au Ltd (ASX: FAU).

As part of that work, Pacific has defined a maiden Exploration Target at the Ernestine Prospect within the priority Haunted Stream target area: an interpreted 40,000 to 80,000 tonnes grading approximately 5–10 g/t gold, for roughly 6,000 to 25,000 ounces of gold. The Ernestine lode is interpreted to have a strike extent of ~50m, a vertical extent of ~150m and true widths of ~1–2m, and it sits within a broader Ernestine-Hibernia mineralised corridor with a strike of ~500–550m — conceptual upside that isn't counted in the target.

Please note: the potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource, and it is uncertain whether further exploration will result in the estimation of one.

Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR) has wrapped up its latest field program at the priority Coupon Prospect, part of the Sulphide Creek Gold-Antimony Project in north-west Tasmania.

The team collected 12 continuous one-metre channel samples from a recently discovered adit and has sent them to ALS Laboratories, with assay results to be released when available. Encouraging alteration and structurally controlled quartz vein styles were observed, backing the Company's read on how the gold is controlled at Coupon.

The program also included a re-survey of historic drill pad locations to correct legacy spatial data. Together, the sampling and re-survey work will feed an integrated 3D model to help define drill targets ahead of a proposed first phase of drilling.

Big news for Pacific Resources (ASX: PXR).
We've executed a Binding Agreement to acquire 100% of the Snowstorm Gold Project in Victoria's Eastern Goldfields for $400,000.
This is a high-grade asset with a strong drilling history, including exceptional results up to 59.2g/t gold and surface sampling of 123g/t gold. Even better, the geology is considered analogous to the world-class Fosterville Gold Mine, which has produced around 4.6moz of gold since 2005.
More to come as we re-assess plans for a 3,000t bulk sample program.
