Welcome to ST AEGIS, independent strata performance oversight for body corporate committees across Australia.
ST AEGIS was born from lived experience.
As Body Corporate Committees members, we faced the same challenges experienced by committees across Australia.
Volunteers with full time jobs, limited time and diverse backgrounds, making decisions about contracts, budgets, building operations and service delivery that can have significant financial and community impacts.
We've dealt with owner complaints, recurring maintenance issues, visitor parking concerns, unclear contract obligations and the difficult question of whether services were being delivered as expected.
The difference was that we were able to draw on more than 30 years experience in governance, performance management, operational oversight and service delivery to work through these challenges successfully.
It made us realise that many committees are being asked to make important decisions without access to the independent expertise, evidence or support they need.
So we created ST AEGIS.
We help Body Corporate Committees understand agreements, clarify service expectations, independently assess building management performance and make informed decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
