On Friday afternoon, we gathered once again for our Annual Mental Health Forum, bringing together leaders from across sectors for a powerful discussion about the role leadership plays in shaping mental health outcomes for individuals, workplaces and communities.
Throughout the conversation, several key themes emerged:
• Building cultures that promote psychological safety
• Strengthening alignment between boards and executive leadership teams
• Recognising workforce wellbeing as a strategic leadership responsibility
• The importance of developing local capability and community capacity
A sincere thank you to our panel of guest speakers, Meredith Staib, Angela Tillmanns and Dr Rosemaria Flaherty GAICD, and to our wonderful MC Ivan Frkovic, for sharing their expertise and perspectives.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion. The willingness to share experiences, challenge ideas and explore practical solutions is what helps drive meaningful change.
As Mental Health Month continues, we're encouraged by the collective commitment in the room to creating healthier workplaces, stronger organisations and better outcomes for our communities.
