I met Rachel this week from OMG Donuts in Ascot who whipped up twenty-something donuts for my daughters class in about 10 minutes. She is the perfect example of how a brand is so much more than your logo, signage, packaging and product. It's about how you make your customers/clients/audience feel. As busy as she was, run off her feet, she greeted every customer who walked in, had a chat and let them know how long she would be, all while producing delicious donuts. Thank you Rachel x​​​​​​​​
