Everyday there are opportunities to learn from others and gain more wisdom. Be intentional with your observations and always seek to discover something new, understand a little more, and appreciate new possibilities.
 
⭐️ Embrace a mindset that is teachable.
⭐️ Acknowledge that others have unique skills and knowledge and you can learn from them; see them as teachers.
⭐️ Be curious and ask great questions.
⭐️ Recognise you don’t know everything!

Across our country, thousands of Year 12 students are saying goodbye to their school years, and are welcoming the next significant chapter of their lives.

We congratulate this next generation of change makers, go-getters, visionaries and collaborators, as they take their next steps to being the best they can be, for what they put their hearts and minds to.

We are proud and delighted to see our nephew Karem Lui graduate from school in Queensland. We congratulate you Karem on such an awesome life milestone, and we look forward to seeing you pursue new adventures that await you, with the same resilience, compassion and thoughtfulness we have seen in you over the years. Your kindheartedness and integrity will carry you through as you face whatever challenges and life moments come your way.

The most valuable resource we have is our time. We have a limited supply of it, and we don’t know when it’s going to run out. What we do have control of though, is what we do with it.
When we show up in the lives of others, it means everything. We need to be present in the times of celebration, in the times of mourning, in the times of work and in the times to relax. It doesn’t have to be for a particular reason; we just need to be present.
We may never know the full impact we have on others by just being present in their lives.
But it will surely be a blessing to them, and it says everything about who we are.

Is there a fire in your belly to see a problem fixed? To see an obstacle removed? Maybe to overcome a burden, or solve a challenge?
With matters of life, we have a choice to act, react or literally do nothing. If you have a burning desire to see a positive change with a problem, obstacle, burden or challenge, then it’s time to find the courage for making things happen. It usually starts with a personal reason or passion that creates some motivation. Don’t lose sight of this reason or passion—use it to propel you into action. The impact of positive change can be far greater than we can ever imagine.
So don’t stay in your current lane or keep going with the flow.
Find the courage for making things happen now.
If not now, then when? There’s no better time than right now.

On the first day of delivery for our leadership development programs, we get to see our training packs all neatly lined up in rows, ready for the participants. Seeing our training resources, so beautifully presented, is a humbling feeling. We didn’t get to this place by ourselves.

Over the next few months, we’ll introduce you to some of the team that support, encourage and help us to exist as LeadershipFIT. People who are behind the scenes, who don’t get to see what we get to see, when participants come along to our workshops.

We never tire of working in this space — to us it is truly a joy.

But one of the best things is, we get to work with others, and alongside others, and together we can do amazing things. 💕

Today marks a very special anniversary for LeadershipFIT. Although we have had our small business for 26 years, it was 10 years ago today that we registered “LeadershipFIT” as our new business name. We said goodbye to our old name of Learn 2 Lead, and powered ahead with changing our branding. It was a significant year. New name, new branding, and Eddie released his first leadership book. We changed the way we ran our business, and have been so grateful and thankful for where we are today.
We are truly blessed and very thankful for all of our family, friends and supporters every day. Thank you for loving us, encouraging us, supporting us, and cheering us on. You inspire us to keep going, and to dream big.
