Seven Elements Collective Join Me on This Epic Journey of Healing, Alignment, and Transformation

I’m not here pretending to have it all figured out. Truth is, I don’t. I’m living proof.

At Seven Elements Collective, we empower individuals & businesses to navigate transformation— through The Seven Elements Framework—helping break patterns, find alignment, & create lasting change.

🔥 eBooks | Consulting | Coaching | Courses | Resources I have more questions than answers, and I still fail—often—and I’m grateful for it. Failure has been one of my greatest teachers. I’ve made failing

my way to success an art form. 🙂

But what I do know is this: growth is real, and transformation is possible. I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the workforce, exploring leadership, culture, and human potential—guiding teams, navigating transformation, and working across industries with diverse clients in countless roles. For seven of those years, I worked in People Services at one of Australia’s largest employers. Every experience—good, bad, or WTF was that—has shaped me. But my greatest passion? Empowering individuals and businesses to step into their fullest potential and most authentic expression. 💜

-The Seven Elements Framework-

After 15 years of personal development and surviving what I lovingly call my 'Toxic Twenties', I created The Seven Elements of Love in 2013—a concept that became my foundation and lifeline for healing, growth, and transformation. Over the next decade, I shared this work with countless others, witnessing their own powerful breakthroughs. Then, in 2024, The Seven Elements Framework was born—expanding beyond love to include The Seven Elements of Fear and The Seven Elements of Beliefs. This universal framework applies to every aspect of life—personal growth, leadership, business, teams, relationships, even parenting. No matter your spiritual beliefs, language, or cultural background, it is designed to enhance your experience, foster alignment, and improve life force balance. Because transformation isn’t just about love—it’s about understanding the forces at play:

🔹 What moves us forward—the energy of expansion, courage, and aligned action.
🔹 What holds us back—the weight of fear, resistance, and limiting beliefs.
🔹 What reshapes us entirely—the moments of awakening, disruption, and deep integration. Now, I get to share this work with you—helping you embrace love as a guiding force, understand and respect the role of fear, and align your beliefs with the greatest version of yourself or your business. (usually both!)

-A Unique Perspective-

My obsession with learning, storytelling, and deep exploration has been both my gift and my guide. As someone who is neurodivergent, I don’t just see the world differently—I experience it differently. I take the deep dives others won’t, explore the perspectives others don’t, and connect the dots that often go unnoticed. My creativity and curiosity fuel everything I do, allowing me to approach transformation in a way that blends logic and intuition, structure and flow, depth and accessibility. I don’t just teach this work. I live it. Some days more gracefully than others (because progress over perfection), but always with the deep knowing that every experience holds wisdom.

-What’s Coming Next-

Over the coming months, I’ll be rolling out:

📖 eBooks
🎥 Courses & Web Classes
🎯 Coaching & Consulting
🛠 Tools & Resources

All based on The Seven Elements Framework—designed to help you take your next step toward transformation. Because it takes real courage to change. And when you push yourself beyond your comfort zone—it’s always worth it.

-Welcome to a Space Where: -

🔹 Questions are more powerful than answers
🔹 Growth isn’t about perfection—it’s about the process
🔹 Shadows are honored, not feared
🔹 And every single day, we choose to step into the light

I invite you to join me on this epic adventure of self-discovery, transformation, and deep healing. A journey where love, fear, and beliefs shape our reality—and where we reclaim our power to rewrite the story. Are you ready to step into the next version of yourself? Let’s begin. ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been moving through the world a little differently these past few weeks.

Less reacting. More observing.

Just watching—people, patterns, decisions.

How we respond to pressure.
How often fear quietly runs the show.

And then the other night, this quote showed up in one of the many feeds competing for my attention:

“Faith and fear both demand you believe in something you cannot see. You choose.” – Bob Proctor

It resonated deeply.
Because both ask the same thing—belief without evidence.
But they lead to very different places.

Faith drives action, even without a roadmap.
Fear keeps us stuck, even when the path is clear.

Every decision—every risk we take or avoid—starts with belief.
Not proof. Not certainty. Just belief.

Faith moves us forward when we don’t know the outcome.
Fear stops us for the same reason.
Both are powerful. Only one builds.

The real question isn’t if you’ll believe in the unseen.
It’s which story you’ll trust.

Are you letting fear write your future? 🐺
Or are you giving faith the pen? 🖋️

In work and life, acceptance doesn't mean giving up standards or tolerating dysfunction.

It means acknowledging what is—without judgement—as the first step toward meaningful change.

We all have chapters we wish read differently. But real growth begins when we can hold space for our imperfections without turning away.

Acceptance isn’t passive. It’s powerful. It invites empathy, dismantles shame, and opens the door to possibility.

🧠 I Just watched this powerful interview short with Lewis Howes & Evy Poumpouras on Trust—and it hit me hard (in a good way).

The guest spoke truth when they said that trust in others should always be conditional—earned in small amounts, not blindly given. 💡 And YES. That’s wisdom. That’s boundaries. That’s protecting your peace.

But it also got me thinking…

In the Seven Elements of Love, Trust is still one of the core elements of Unconditional Love.
Not trust in others—but unshakable trust in yourself.
Trust in your intuition.
Trust in life.
Trust that the universe (or source, or spirit) has your back… even when things don’t make sense yet.

Because when we learn to trust ourselves fully, we stop outsourcing our safety to others.

We feel the difference between blind trust and embodied trust.

So yes—let trust in others be earned. But let your trust in yourself and the process of life be unconditional. That’s where the magic is. ✨

Lose Yourself to Find Yourself

Funny thing about life—you spend years trying to “find yourself,” only to realise that the real magic happens when you show up for others. 💫

Service isn’t about sacrifice—it’s about expansion.

It stretches you beyond your own world, challenges your perspective, and reminds you that impact is the real currency of life.

Gandhi knew what was up: “The best way to find yourself is in the service of others.”

So, whether you’re leading, mentoring, creating, or simply offering a hand where it’s needed—you’re not just giving. You’re growing. 🌱

And let’s be real, the world could use more of that.

🔥 Tag someone who embodies this kind of leadership, and let’s celebrate those who serve with heart.

Fear speaks loudly. Love whispers.

Which one are you listening to?

🐺 Fear is instinct.
It’s reactive, immediate, and wired for survival.
It scans for danger, anticipates worst-case scenarios, and convinces you that staying small is the safest option.

💜 Love is intuition.
It doesn’t shout—it gently nudges.
It moves quietly, guiding you toward expansion, healing, and possibility.
But because it’s softer, it’s often drowned out.

Fear wants control.
Love trusts the process.

Fear asks questions to protect you:
❓ What if I’m not enough?
❓ What if I fail?
❓ What if they judge me?
❓ What if I lose everything?

Love doesn’t need answers — it knows.
It whispers truths we sometimes forget:
💜 I am enough.
💜 I trust myself.
💜 I am safe to begin again.
💜 I am worthy, even now.

One voice keeps you in the past.
The other draws you into your future.

When fear leads, you shrink, repeat old patterns, and second-guess your worth.
When love leads, you soften, step into the unknown, and allow yourself to thrive.

So today, pause.
Close your eyes.
Take a breath.

Which voice are you following?

Because the life you’re meant to live…
won’t be built by fear.
It will be created by love.

🌱 If you’re ready to learn how to choose love —and start trusting the quiet power of your inner wisdom —
I’d love to gift you my new eBook 'The Seven Elements Framework: A Universal Map for Being Human' for free.

✨ Just comment “I choose love” or DM me “SEF PDF”
and I’ll send it your way 💌

Because trusting love isn’t just a feeling — it’s a practice. And it starts here.

Love Flows in Two Directions: Giving & Receiving 💫

For the first 30+ years of my life I thought giving was the key to feeling worthy. I poured everything into others—my time, energy, money—believing that if I just gave enough, I might finally feel enough. I gave to the point of emotional bankruptcy, convinced that my worth was measured by how much I could offer.

But there was one thing I didn’t know how to do. Receive. In fact, I actively blocked it. Compliments? Deflected. Support? Rejected. Rest? Unthinkable.

Then I learned about reciprocity—how giving and receiving are simply two sides of the same coin. The moment I embraced this truth, everything changed.

I was always enough. And so are you.

Learning to receive isn’t easy. Shifting a lifetime of rejecting support, love, and care takes time. But with small, intentional changes, it’s possible. It starts with something as simple as saying “Thank you” when someone offers a compliment—without immediately feeling the need to deflect or return one.

This is one simple power move that can completely transform your life and the flow of abundance in all its forms. ❤️‍🔥

One of the Seven Elements of Love is Reciprocity—the flow between offering and allowing, between generosity and openness.

Reciprocity is the exchange of energy, actions, or emotions between two parties in a way that creates balance. It’s the natural give-and-take that fosters connection, mutual respect, and growth.

✨ In relationships, reciprocity means love, kindness, and effort flow both ways—not just given, but also received.
✨ In leadership, it’s the balance between guiding and being open to learning.
✨ In personal growth, it’s the understanding that what you pour into the world eventually finds its way back to you.

But here’s the real question:
💡 Are you as open to receiving as you are to giving?
💡Do you allow yourself to be supported in the same way you support others?
💡Where in your life are you blocking the very energy you so freely offer to others?

True reciprocity isn’t about keeping score—it’s about honoring the flow of giving and receiving. 💛

When you refuse to receive—support, appreciation, rest—you block the very energy you so freely give to others. Love expands when it moves in both directions.

💛 Give, but also allow yourself to receive.
💛 Serve, but also allow yourself to be supported.
💛 Lead, but also be supported.

Because love isn’t a one-way street—it’s an energetic exchange. 🌊

🔥 Tag someone who embodies this balance and let’s celebrate the way they show up for others!

📢 The Hardest Lesson I Ever Learned About Personal Growth

I used to believe that learning required admiration. That to absorb wisdom, I had to respect the person sharing it. But then I realised something uncomfortable—some of the best lessons I’ve ever learned have come from people I don’t like.

Some were too loud, too pushy, too self-congratulatory. Others had reputations that made my moral compass spin. And yet, despite my personal reservations, their insights changed how I think, work, and grow.
We live in a world where it’s easier than ever to write people off. A misstep, a scandal, an opinion we don’t agree with—suddenly, everything they’ve ever said is dismissed. But the truth is, wisdom isn’t reserved for people we personally approve of.

I had to learn this the hard way. Sitting through a seminar with a speaker whose style grated on me, I almost switched off—until, in the middle of the noise, they dropped a single insight that completely changed my approach to business. It hit me then: my ego was blocking my growth.
I was choosing to judge rather than to learn.

That moment shifted everything for me. Since then, I’ve made it a practice to separate the lesson from the person—to take the gold and leave the dirt. And that mindset has opened doors I never knew existed.
I wrote about this mindset shift in my latest article on LinkedIn: "Learning from the Flawed: Why Personal Growth Doesn’t Require Liking the Teacher."

If you’ve ever dismissed a message because you didn’t like the messenger, this one’s for you. Because the question we should all be asking ourselves isn’t “Do I like this person?” but rather, “Is there something valuable I can learn from them?”

Give it a read. And if this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Have you ever learned something powerful from someone you didn’t like? Let’s talk.👇

The Rhythm of Growth: Are You in a Season of Building or Resting?

I’ve always been an all-or-nothing kind of person. Either I’m unstoppable, riding a wave of energy and inspiration, or I’m in full-on hibernation mode, feeling stuck, tired, and wondering what the heck is wrong with me.

Last year? Oh, that was a rest year—big time. For three-fourths of it, I just felt off. I didn’t know if it was exhaustion, burnout, or something deeper, but I was tired. All the time. I still showed up for what was necessary—work, responding when needed, cooking, cleaning, basic socialising—but beyond that? I was mostly MIA from the world, from my passions, from the version of me that thrives on energy and momentum.

Instead, I spent most of my time reading, napping, sitting still, and thinking. A lot. Almost like I was waiting for something to click, but I had no idea what.

I wasn’t “doing” much, and that inner critic had a field day. Why am I so lazy? Why can’t I just push through?

And then, out of nowhere—bam! It was like someone flipped a switch. By the end of the year, I realised I wasn’t stuck. I was recalibrating.

Because even in the stillness, something was happening. I was healing. Processing. Laying the foundation for what was coming next. And since late last year? I haven’t stopped. I’m more aligned, more inspired, more me than I’ve ever been.

So, here’s what I’ve learned: Growth isn’t linear. It’s a rhythm. There are seasons for action, and seasons for rest. But we resist the rest, don’t we? We think pausing means we’re falling behind.

But what if we trusted the cycle? What if we stopped fighting the slow seasons and let them do their work?

Growth isn’t a straight line—it’s a rhythm.

🏗️ Some seasons are about building. You’re in motion, creating, pushing toward something bigger. It’s expansion, momentum, and action.

🌱 Other seasons are for resting. Integration. Reflection. The space between what was and what’s next. It’s stillness, but not stagnation—because even in rest, transformation is happening.

Yet, we resist the slow seasons. We equate pause with failure, forgetting that rest is what makes sustainable growth possible.

So, ask yourself:

🔹 Are you forcing movement when you need stillness?

🔹 Are you honoring the season you’re in, or rushing to the next?

🔹 What would change if you trusted the rhythm of your own evolution?

Not every season is about pushing forward. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is allow yourself to pause.

Go slow to go fast—it’s never been more true.

🔥 What season are you in right now—building or resting?

Are you building your future from past wounds or from new possibilities?

🐺 Fear has a way of keeping us trapped in old patterns. It clings to the past, replaying every failure, every rejection, every reason to stay small.

We think we’re making rational decisions, but really, we’re just choosing what feels familiar—even if it no longer serves us.

💜 Love, on the other hand, asks us to move forward. It invites us to release old narratives, trust in the unknown, and create from a place of possibility instead of pain.

So, ask yourself:

🔹 Am I making decisions based on past fears or future potential?
🔹 Am I repeating history or writing a new chapter?
🔹 What would change if I chose love over fear today?

Growth starts the moment you stop letting fear define your next step. The future is waiting—how will you create it?

🔥 Drop a "YES" in the comments if you're choosing love over fear today.

Let’s build something new.👇
