Open ChatGPT and type:

“Who are the best [your service] in [your suburb]?”

For example:

I pleasantly surprised. Some very well-known local competitors businesses did not appear at all

That is worth paying attention to.

More and more people are using ChatGPT the same way they used to use Google. They ask for recommendations and receive one or two names. If your business is not mentioned, your next client may never know you exist.

No scrolling.
No second page.
No chance to “find you later.”

So today’s challenge is simple:

1. Search for your business category.
2. See whether you appear.
3. If you don’t, ask yourself what needs to improve.

Your online presence, reviews, website content, and authority all matter.
