When was the last time you stopped to question whether your current thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours still align with who you are today?

I see so many people assume that the way they think or respond is simply “who they are.” It’s how they were raised. It’s what they’ve always known. It’s how they’ve always responded.

But what would happen if you paused for a moment to question these things and create more self-awareness?

Every day, you have the opportunity to decide whether you want to continue operating from an outdated pattern… or whether you’re ready to evolve into something more aligned.

As humans, we are designed to grow & evolve. And this can only begin the moment we’re willing to question ourselves.

The version of you today shouldn’t carry all the same beliefs, fears or behaviours you held ten years ago.

You can’t shift what you’re not aware of, which is why awareness is always the first step.

As Tony Robbins once said, “The biggest problem people have is thinking they have no problems.”

Learning my Human Design and working with a Life Coach changed the entire trajectory of my life. The growth I’ve experienced in the past four years has been deeper than anything I knew was possible, not because I was broken, but because I was ready to look within.

And that’s what I want for YOU & for everyone!

If you genuinely want more for yourself, then consider this your invitation to explore it.

And if you’re ready to really do the work, send me a DM and let’s rewrite your story together!

Pedestalling behaviour has been given such a bad name (and understandably so) but I can’t help but wonder - without some element of it, would celebrity or influencer culture even exist?

I 100% agree that when you “pedestal” someone, you’re elevating them above your own value, which ultimately creates a power imbalance that can leave you feeling small and unworthy, hence why we’re reminded not to pedestal people.

But I can’t help but think that admiration & respect on their own do not fuel celebrity or influencer culture. There appears to be a collective element of pedestalling, a willingness by the masses to place certain people on a higher plane, which allows individuals to reach those levels of visibility and influence.

When we admire someone, we’re often recognising qualities we value, resonate with or wish to learn from. But when admiration shifts into surrendering our own identity, authority or self-worth, that’s where it crosses into pedestalling.

So the question becomes - how do we admire and learn from others without giving away our own power?

And is it even possible for someone to reach celebrity or influencer status through admiration alone?

I’d genuinely love to hear different perspectives on this!

January felt like a final shedding, and as you’ll see from these photos, life looked great on the outside! But internally, last month had me facing some very confronting truths (thanks to the brutal but beautifully diplomatic words from my husband!).

Which makes sense considering Year of the Horse doesn’t start until 17 February, so technically we are still in the Year of the Snake, which is all about deep reflection, wisdom, transformation and the shedding of old habits.

Last week I caught up with a friend who shared very similar sentiments to what I had been experiencing, and I have to say, it was so comforting to know that I was not alone in my thoughts or the feelings that I’d been having.

Afterwards we reflected on the immense relief we both felt as a result of having someone to share so openly and honestly with and how January just felt like a massive purge!

Whilst the month for me had so many amazing moments, with a lot of it spent by the water (as a Pisces I LOVE being near water...even if its just my pool 💛), it wasn’t always comfortable. But that is where the real growth happens, when you are most uncomfortable. That’s what allows you to step into something new.

And after the last few days of January spent learning from Tony Robbins, catching up with friends, spending time with family and being present with my husband, it’s safe to say February is off to a beautiful and positive start ✨

Bring on Year of the Horse! 🐴

We live in a world where spending money on how we look is completely normal - but investing in how we feel, think and heal still feels optional.

As women (and I’m sure a lot of men) I think we can all agree that we are taught, from a very young age, to fix discomfort externally. Hair. Makeup. Beauty Treatments. Clothes. Injectables. And while there’s nothing wrong with any of that, it rarely addresses what’s happening underneath.

Aesthetic purchases give us an instant dopamine hit, whereas inner work requires discomfort in order to feel relief.
Looking “better” is socially rewarded and accepted while healing work is private, it goes unseen without external validation.

Before social media, these messages came from magazines and TV. Now they’re personalised, constant and algorithm-driven - reinforcing the idea that the answer is always outside of us. We are taught that our value is tied to how we look & investing in our appearance is normalised, whereas investing in our emotional health is often framed as if there is something wrong with us.

When we are exposed to hundreds, if not thousands, of visual messages every day, constantly being shown how to “fix this” or “enhance that” or “you’ll feel better when you look like this”, the algorithms learn our insecurities and feed them back to us, creating a loop of:

Not feeling enough > spend $$$ to change our appearance > feel great momentarily > next visual message arrives > discomfort returns > repeat the process

Inner work will not give you an instant dopamine hit or immediate results, but the long term effects will always outlast the latest beauty trend or fashion collection.

And maybe that’s why it’s the one thing we’re least encouraged to invest in - yet need the most.

This is the kind of work I hold space for, so if this resonated and you’re feeling called to invest in your inner world, support is available ✨

I started my business a little over a year ago now and I can honestly say, that while it has been so incredibly rewarding, it has not been without its challenges.

During that time, I have been (and still am) bombarded by ads and content that focus on a mixture of messages like how to scale your business, how to 10x your income, how to build a feminine business, how to quantum leap your revenue, but where are the messages and content that speak to the human side of business?

Not everything in business is about revenue, scaling, marketing, operations etc - yes, it is a HUGE factor but what about the person behind the business? What about the energy that is required to fulfil the advertising, operations & income generation? What about the lessons that come from trying to build those things? The mental & emotional toll it can take on people if they don’t have the right support or practices that help to maintain a regulated nervous system.

I have so much to say on this topic that I think I might actually do a podcast episode to elaborate further, but I wanted to share some of the lessons I have taken away from my first year, lessons that I don’t see or hear people really talking about or sharing openly on.

Let me know if any of these lessons resonate, surely I am not alone in this!!

I was inspired to make this video after a human design session I just had with a beautiful lady in which she said to me “human design really is just data isn’t it?”

Which got me thinking…it really is! Human Design offers us so much more than what people realise, it gifts us data on ourselves, that deep down we usually already know, but can often fear admitting due to outdated beliefs & conditioning.

It creates a channel of awareness that we might otherwise dismiss because it seems too ‘woo-woo’ or spiritual.

But truly, the confidence that it can awaken within is something that should not be ignored or overlooked!

If you’re on a journey of self-discovery, I cannot recommend enough gifting yourself a human design session, it will open new ways of thinking & being ✨
