⚠️ Nobody talks about the emotional pressure behind becoming a premium hairstylist.

Most people see the finished blonde photo.

The perfect after photo.
The creamy blonde.
The smile.
The confidence.
The Instagram reel.
The client saying:
✨ “OMG I love my hair.”

But what they don’t see is what happens before that moment.

They don’t see the hairstylist standing there during the consultation… quietly trying to decide:

“Can I really do this?”

They don’t see the pressure of touching hair that has years of box dye.
Years of damage.
Years of disappointment from other salons.

They don’t see the fear of one mistake.
One wrong decision.
One chemical reaction.
One unhappy client.

They don’t see the hairstylist going home thinking about that client’s hair at midnight.
Replaying the consultation in their head.
Researching formulas.
Studying toners.
Watching education videos while everyone else is sleeping.

And they definitely don’t see the emotional pressure behind charging premium prices.

Because deep down, many hairstylists are not scared of working hard.

I know that feeling.

Because I was once the hairstylist who doubted herself too.

But something changed for me when I realized this:

Premium clients are not just paying for blonde hair.

That confidence does not come from pretending.

From staying after hours to practise.

Yesterday we went to collect blankets and warm clothes for the homeless 🤍

We also bought food, toothpaste, and toothbrushes to help a little.

It may only take a little bit of time from us… but it can help keep someone warm at night.

That made my little boy and me very happy 🥹💕

A big thank you to Renata for taking us and organising everything. Without you, we wouldn’t have been able to do much 🙏

Sometimes happiness is not about big things.
