Everyone keeps asking how I spin things up so fast… here’s one of the tools 👇
Lovable.

It’s honestly one of the easiest ways right now to build landing pages, websites, and simple business tools without needing a developer.

You can: • Create landing pages for listings, events, or lead capture
• Build full websites for your brand or business
• Set up forms, funnels, and client journeys
• Even create simple apps or portals for your clients

The best part… you can literally build what you need just by typing or better still speaking it out. No coding. No waiting.

Then connect your own domain, brand it properly, and you’re live.

This is how you move fast in today’s market.
No delays. No excuses. Just build and go.

If you’re still waiting weeks (or months) for a website or page or paying mega 💰… you’re already behind.

Two days last week with two phenomenal women…
Eight children between them.
Multiple businesses.
Full lives. Full plates. Full hearts.
And here’s what stood out most…
They didn’t wait.
They didn’t wait for the perfect time.
They didn’t wait for the kids to be older.
They didn’t wait for everything to feel “ready”.
They just started.
Messy.
Imperfect.
In motion.
And that’s the part most people miss.
You don’t build momentum by waiting for alignment.
You build it by moving while life is happening around you.
There will never be a perfect window.
Only a decision.
So if you’re sitting there thinking about it… planning it… overthinking it…
This is your reminder.
Just start.

Last year I helped my husband start his own business.

He couldn’t find a role that paid enough and allowed the flexibility our family needed, so we created our own solution.

We didn’t overcomplicate it.
We started with:
• a free website
• a registered business name
• a domain and matching email
That was it.

He once asked me, “If this were one of your coaching sessions, what advice would you give me to grow faster?”
My answer was simple: relationships.
A handful of strong, genuine relationships will outperform endless cold leads every time.

He runs a property maintenance business, so I asked one question: Who already has the most properties that need maintenance?Property managers.

He jumped on ChatGPT, built a list of every local property manager, and started introducing himself properly. Not pitching. Not spamming. Building relationships.

He’s now in his fourth consecutive month of strong growth.
The other game-changer? Google for Business.

If you’re not on Google for Business, you are invisible to people actively searching for what you do.

Local searches = high-intent leads.
Reviews = instant trust.
Photos + updates = credibility.
So many businesses chase social media reach while ignoring the platform that customers actually use when they need a service.

On the systems side, we kept it simple:
• Square for estimates, invoicing, and customers
• Clean, professional, easy to scale
No fancy funnels.
No big ad budgets.
No burnout.
Just relationships, Google visibility, simple systems, and solving real problems.

If you’re feeling stuck in business, sometimes growth isn’t about doing more — it’s about getting the foundations right.

This room isn’t just for one version of success.
It’s for the woman with an idea scribbled in a notebook
and the woman running a business turning over seven figures.

Different industries.
Different stages.
Same ambition.

What do women in business really want to talk about? Not the highlight reel. Not the hustle p**n.

They want to talk about:
• Growing without burning out
• Making real money and paying themselves properly
• Pricing with confidence
• Visibility without feeling salesy
• Partnerships over competition
• Systems that give time back
• Leadership, self doubt and the reality behind growth
• Defining success on their own terms

Some women here are starting.
Some are scaling.
Some are refining.
Every stage matters.
Every voice belongs.

If you’re building something and don’t want to do it alone, you’re in the right room.

Welcome. Introduce yourself.

“A rolling stone gathers no moss.”

A proverb from ancient Rome, first written by Publilius Syrus around 50 BCE.
When my dad used to say it, he didn’t mean don’t settle or don’t commit.

He meant keep rolling, even if it’s slow.
Life gets heavy. Business gets hard.
Some seasons progress is barely visible and momentum feels fragile.
But standing still is where doubt hardens and frustration takes hold.
Movement, even small consistent movement, keeps you adaptable, clear headed, and in the game.

Growth isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it’s resilience.
Sometimes it’s consistency.
Sometimes it’s just choosing not to stop.
Keep rolling. A little today is better than stuck overnight.
