Such a simple resource that can save you time & money in your business . . . whilst also looking a lot more professional than the back and forth emails.

1. Choose the platforms that work for you and your business. Do your research and understand the features available to you and what you need.

2. Set your availability.
Set the days and hours that you are available. Block out any public holidays, holidays or time off.
Take note of the time you feel your best to present and talk on video meetings and mark your availability accordingly.
Try to have 1 revert free day per week, we usually like doing this on a Friday to allow for a weekly wrap up of tasks before the weekend.

3. Integrate your platforms.
If you use Google Calendar and integrate it with Calendly it automatically blocks out time where meetings and appointments have been made.

4. Set up your event types.
Set up event types for every scenario for example 15 minute discovery call, 30-minute meeting, 60-minute meeting, 120-minute strategy meeting.
Add in padding time before and after to allow for meeting prep and post-meeting action points.

5. Share on all platforms.
Use your event links in emails, DMs, on your website and in your newsletters.
It will save you so much time & money and it looks so much more professional than going back and forth in emails securing a meeting date and time.
