Over the years that I've been helping people to find their voice, I've had the privilege of hearing some incredible stories...

Plus, a host of people who have built businesses, boosted their career, or simply got a better job.

At the end of May, over a full-on two days, I am going to run the most intensive speaking program I have ever done. Nothing left on the table, nobody left behind. I'll be bringing everything I've learned in 20+ years.

A great start to the day with the Hinkler Innovation Award Breakfast.

Super insightful and inspiring presentations from demographer Simon Kuestenmacher and biomedical engineer Dr Jordan Nguyen about what's possible now and what the future may hold.

What made me do a happy dance inside?

The panel unanimously agreed that while technology will make work easier and more efficient, the ability to communicate one's thoughts and ideas and create human connection will become a huge competitive advantage.

It always has been, but I agree that it will become even more so.
