Admin & Accounts Officer Requirement...
Local excavation company established for over 35 years seeks an experience Admin and Accounts Officer for a part time role. – 12 to 15hrs per week.
• Answering of Phones
• Managing emails
• Timely and accurate processing of Weekly Sales Orders
• Administer correct coding and manage data processing for sales invoices
• Timely and accurate processing of Debtors.
• Document processes and systems within the office administration
• Assist with applications for tenders.
• Maintaining a professional work environment with staff, customers and suppliers at all times.
• Any other reasonable duties as required in your role.
