It was great getting out and talking garbage. Its been awhile. Hot day but council were very organised at the buy back shop. Lily and I trialled plants in coffee bags. A hit. And council were showcasing our products at their stall. Woo hoo

Today I volunteered to help my previous employer SPC engage their Japanese students to teach them about recycling and upcycling rubbish. I was shocked with the lack of knowledge about recycling. Hopefully they will take this positive message home.
Over 20 students and we managed to make a coffee bag bangle and coaster to take home to family. The group were very engaged with some star students well versed in origami. A productive fun morning.

Today Lily and I were back in the groove doing workshops at Cairns Art Gallery. Making easter coffee bag chickens and bunnies for the little kids and easter bowls for chocolates for the bigger kids. Nice to be teaching again
