I thought it was about time to let my network know what I’ve been up to for the last 7 months which is working on my own consultancy in Business Improvement & Change Management, Succeed.

Over the past 7 months I’ve had the pleasure of working with a few businesses local to the Macarthur and Wollondilly areas to implement projects and improvements in their operations by identifying inefficiencies and opportunity and facilitating ex*****on of those improvements.
We have implemented many improvements so far such as revising a quotation system to overcome a 9% margin we identified in under quotation, implemented customer experience and performance measures to monitor continuous improvement and compliance, revised onboarding processes, content creation, facilitated problem solving workshops, website development, service level agreements and I look to do much more over the coming months!
Its been both exciting and rewarding being able to work closely with business owners to facilitate streamlining their operations and realising the impactful change made in reducing client pain points and improving their overall business functions.
