Some good feedback from a recent hot water job .

Stormwater upgrade, as you can see this downpipe wasn't doing very much . We removed the fence to access the tree that was growing around it and had to jackhammer part of the garden bed to access the stormwater line .

Then, I bought up a new 100mm by 90mm connection picking up the original downpipe and redirecting the stormwater from the awning as it was just draining onto the ground causing floods in the warehouse

Recently completed bathroom renovation in North Parramatta .

Our clients contacted us as they wanted to update their rental property .This is a low budget renovation as client is worried fixtures are likely to be damaged by tenants .
(hopefully not 🤞)

They had waterproofing issues in the bathroom and decided to give the whole thing a makeover while they had no tenants .

The client also wanted to update the current kitchen while we were there .
