This special event aims to help raise awareness around domestic and family violence, bringing our community together in a positive and supportive environment.

Help hand out kids’ gift bags and bring the Easter magic

🎟 🦀 Mud Crab Races Ticket Sellers – from 8:45am - Sell tickets and keep the crowd buzzing

🛠 Pack Down Crew – from 1:30pm
Help wrap up the day (many hands make light work!)

🛠 PACK DOWN CREW
We’re looking for a few legends to help pack down stalls on Saturday 4th from 1:30pm. Many hands make light work!

🐰 EASTER BUNNY HELPERS
At around 9:00am the Easter Bunny is hopping into Cardwell… but needs some helpers to hand out children’s gift bags 🎁

🎟 🦀Mud Crab Races TICKET SELLERS
From 8:45am to help sell the mud crab races tickets and spread the fun during the markets.

💫 Whether you can help for an hour or the whole market, we’d love to have you involved. It’s a great way to connect with the community and be part of the magic!

🌴 Calling All Cardwell Business Owners! 🌴

Cardwell is more than just a 2-hour stopover — it’s a destination filled with unique experiences, local businesses, and incredible stories waiting to be discovered.

Cardwell’s Business Alliance is launching a simple but powerful initiative to showcase just how special our town is. We’re seeking local businesses in Cardwell who would like to get behind us and show your support by contributing any amount to the printing of A3 visitor pads that will be placed in key locations.

Each pad will feature individual tear-off pages highlighting what to see, do, eat, shop, and experience in Cardwell — so visitors can rip a page, take it with them, and explore our beautiful town.

👉 All funds raised will go directly to printing costs only.
👉 Your support helps keep visitors in town longer and strengthens our local economy.

We’ll finish the night celebrating our amazing First Responders at Cardwell Country Club — nibblies provided! 🚒👮‍♀️🔥⚓️

🎅 SANTA’S LOLLY RUN – SATURDAY 20TH DECEMBER! 🍬✨

Get ready, Cardwell & Kennedy — Santa is coming to town bringing joy, lollies and Christmas spirit to our community! 🎄🌴

Our incredible volunteers have teamed up once again to make sure every child gets a magical moment with Santa before Christmas. Catch him at the times and locations listed below — give us a wave, bring the kids, and enjoy the festive cheer!

🎁 Please listen for the sirens, keep kids safely on the footpath, and enjoy the fun as Santa makes his way through our beautiful community.
