Working to develop some new model making accessories and items for MPV Lumps n Bumps]
Here the new Model Berth under development and being trialled before launch.

Model berths / stands are used by model makers to support their pieces whilst detailing and weathering or application of decals and hand painted effects. This stand introduces ease of use, quick adjustments, versatility and simple assembly.

Some images of an air conditioning wall controller I designed for Actron Air some years back. All before touchscreens became the rage and inexpensive to implement.
I worked on the design, styling, enclosure detailing and files for manufacture.

Here is a product I recently developed for a client of mine - the Q-Pack - visit .

The product was a challenge as it is a small volume product to be used by large scale catering services for digitising food safety compliance processes.
The project involved concept design and product packaging around supplied electronics components and hardware to a tight project budget.
Being a low volume product, injection moulding was not a viable production method. Instead I opted for professionally and accurate 3D printed Selective Laser Sintered Nylon components sleeved in a high performance silicone over-mould. The silicone provides a hygienic cover, moisture resistance, slip resistance and bump protection.
Machined acetal screen shroud and swing out temperature plunge probe offer a rigid and durable material for high wear items.
