Urgent Recall | Consumers are urged to return the white coloured 3 metre extension lead from Jackson, model PEXT3M, rated 240V 10A 2400W.

The extension lead was available for sale from July 6, 2022, to September 9, 2022, at JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks and Big W stores all over Australia.

Consumers are urged to immediately stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund. The recall concerns only the 3m extension cord. The ACCC warned the product carries a “risk of electric shock, which can cause serious injury or death”.
