We’re excited to share that approval has been secured for a 75 lot residential subdivision in Dalby.

BKM Planning was engaged during the assessment process to help progress the development application, working closely with the client, Council and the wider consultant team to guide the project through to a final decision.

This project represents one of the largest residential subdivisions approved in Dalby in recent years and will make an important contribution to future housing supply in the region.
