The Business AI and Digital Toolbox has been designed for small and medium-sized
businesses wanting to build real-world skills, including:
• Business AI tools and applications
• Digital tools for marketing & business operations
• Marketing operations and workflow
• Business strategy in a digital environment and future-proofing
• + other related topics
The program is suitable for business owners, managers, and operators of all experience
Levels, however, basic computer skills and reliable internet access are essential.

Program structure
The program will be delivered in 3 stages:

STAGE 1 - In-Person Regional Workshops June - July
Eight roadshow events will be held across the region, bringing the training directly to local communities at the following locations:
• Quorn
• Parachilna
• Orroroo
• Wallaroo
• Minlaton
• Jamestown
• Port Pirie
• Burra

STAGE 2 - Online Workshops Aug - Oct
10+ online sessions on specific topics, many of them with expert presenters available for all - both those who took part in previous in-person sessions and those who didn’t.

STAGE 3 - One-on-One Coaching Sessions
A limited number of individual coaching sessions of a total of 4h will be made available for participants of the previous stages. These sessions will be online or in-person (in Forge + Guild Clare Office Only).

No requirements beyond geographical location and basic computer literacy are required.
