NDIS pricing has shifted again — here's what SIL providers need to check.

From 1 July 2026, SIL supports must be claimed under the new 0138 registration group and support items. Supports delivered before that date still use the old 0115 items — so if your claiming processes or service agreements haven't been updated, that's a gap worth closing now.

Looking further ahead: from 1 January 2027, recommended prices for relevant Social, Community and Civic Participation supports delivered by unregistered providers will drop by 10%, and indexation on those items will stop. Registered providers won't be affected.

Whichever side of that line you sit on, it pays to review your service agreements and documentation now rather than scrambling later.

The NDIS Code of Conduct expects providers and workers to act with respect, integrity, transparency and a strong response to any concerns or abuse.
