Position: Customer Service Officer
Work Type: Full Time
Location: Dandenong South

Permanent position available for immediate start.

Duties include data entry of sales documentation, managing customer enquiries over the phone via email and at the trade counter along with other customer service related duties as required.

Both candidates experienced in customer centric roles & candidates who have worked previously in a trade based role and have a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.

Position: Store Person
Work Type: Full Time

Duties will include picking & packing customer orders, ensuring goods are despatched in a timely manner, receiving of inwards goods, keeping up to date records of orders picked along with basic computer work including booking deliveries with couriers and any ad hoc warehousing duties as required
