Hi all. I think it's time to remove this page. UNM had a great, short life, much like a breaking wave. It was fun while it lasted, but there's others to catch. Thanks for all the support over the years.

Hey friends. After 2.5 years of bringing to life crazy ideas, and helping others bring theirs to life, we're happy to announce Under New Management will close this weekend. Why I say happy? Well, I can now say that it happened. That it's not still an idea here 2.5 years later. That we did a live late night viewing cafe/shop for Le Tour de France. That we created Oxford St's first camping ground, complete with a 4pp tent, tarp, bbq and shopfront open scrub lawn and hired it out on airbnb. That we helped Mumford & Son's launch Babel with a whisky salloon complete with the world's heaviest piano. That we did potentially Sydney's first official power nap shop. That countless entrepreneurs, artists and business owners took the plunge and had their time to present and launch their brand or idea or business to the hectic ecclectic Oxford St. So to all of you, thanks for supporting us, and a massive thanks to City of Sydney for providing many spaces on the struggling but resurgent (?) Lower Oxford St. Now it's time for another person to make it their own. Good luck! Any tips just let us know. This guy, is Mr DIY Rainbow, aka James. Tmrw night and for the 5 days after, he's exhibiting the global movement he started of pavement rainbows. For real. Drop in to absorb yourself a bit of colour. You might even catch Clover.

*NOVEMBER* popup. With one of the best looking installations yet, The Photo Diner have moved into 118 and are looking THAT good.

The Photo Diner has revolutionised the way brands and the media connect. To celebrate their 1st birthday and the launch of their new Sample Tracking service, they are hosting a pop up office for two weeks and are inviting brands, PR agencies and the media to come by the pop up and learn more about them and their fab services.
