Renko Group is seeking electricians who are interested in transitioning their career into an engineering focussed role. As an electrician, you may already have many of the skills and experience we are looking for in our engineers.
We welcome electricians of all levels of experience in design and engineering, as we provide training for those who are new to these areas.
As an engineering team member at Renko Group, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and engineering of complex electrical systems.
You will work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers and designers, collaborating on projects that will require your technical expertise and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and engineer complex electrical systems using CAD and other software tools.
• Provide technical support to other team members in the development of electrical systems.
• Analyse and troubleshoot electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues.
• Contribute to the development of electrical system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Occasionally travel to field sites to provide on-site support to projects.
Qualifications:
• While specific engineering experience is not required, a strong technical aptitude is highly desired.
• Must be computer literate and comfortable using CAD and other software tools to design and engineer electrical systems.
• Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally to field sites is required.
