Thank you to everyone who attended our Dementia Caregiver High Tea on Wednesday!

We had such a wonderful turn out and were happy to bring everyone together for a lovely morning of conversation, connection and dementia awareness.

If you didn't know dementia is a significant health issue in Australia, yet there is still so much more awareness and understanding needed. We were proud to host this event to provide an opportunity for everyone to come together, have a chat and share their experiences.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special!

What a wonderful opportunity to share what you're doing with your clients!

Ageing Australia’s Humans of Aged Care photo competition is now open.

Proudly sponsored by HESTA, this national initiative celebrates the everyday moments and diverse roles across the aged care workforce under the theme, Small Moments, Big Impact.

Aged care isn’t one job. It’s the chef planning tomorrow’s menu, the physio helping someone take their first steps after surgery, or the volunteer who remembers exactly how someone likes their tea. It’s nurses and hairdressers, drivers and diversional therapists – hundreds of roles, all part of the same story.

We want you to capture the everyday moments that make up life in aged care highlighting the big impact that those small moments create.

The competition is open to everyone – individuals and organisations, professional and amateur photographers alike – and entry is free.
