CASTELLI ESTATE

www.castelliestate.com.au

Castelli Estate's wines all share a common purpose: To express how the varieties from which they are made can deliver something truly special in this remote and beautiful part of the world. Fruit is sourced from exceptional sites throughout the Great Southern Region. There's a fair bit of country to cover in search of the best fruit, but when that hard work pays off in the bottle, the memory of the miles travelled quickly fades...

Our Castelli Estate Shiraz 2021 is a superb expression of Frankland River’s terroir. Boasting notes of crushed violets, ripe plums, and sarsaparilla on the nose, accented by subtle notes of vanilla and a fine mineral edge.
For a perfect pairing, serve alongside dishes that complement the w**e’s rich fruit profile and savoury complexity such as slow-roasted lamb with rosemary or a hearty mushroom risotto.

95 Points – A Testament to Frankland River Cabernet

"The purity of the varietal cabernet from Frankland is evident immediately. Has a meaty blackcurrant aroma that is so much part of the variety. But then other characters of dark chocolate, shale, and graphite emerge. The palate has a tight firm core in support of the plush concentrated fruit flavours. An excellent w**e displaying a high degree of regionality. Cellar 15 years."
Thank you Ray Jordan for your kind words on our 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Autumn settles over Castelli Estate, bringing a golden glow to the vineyards of the Great Southern.
With crisp mornings and lingering warmth in the afternoons, April marks a time of transition—where patience in the vineyard paves the way for precision in the cellar. A reminder that great w**e begins long before the first pour.
