WINE & WORDS IS BACK!
Join us on Sunday 14th June at 3pm for our next Wine & Words gathering, where we’ll be celebrating all things BAKING.
Whether your passion is cakes, bread, pastries, biscuits or desserts, we’d love to hear about the books that inspired your baking journey.
For me, it all started with the iconic Australian Women’s Weekly Children’s Birthday Cake Book. From creating the famous Duck Cake for my daughter’s birthday to attempting many of the other wonderfully ambitious creations over the years, this book sparked a lifelong love of baking and creating memories in the kitchen.
This quarter, bring along a book that comes to mind when you think of baking. It might be a beloved childhood favourite, a baking memoir, a novel featuring a bakery, or a book that inspired you to master sourdough, perfect your pastry, or finally tackle that show-stopping cake.
