W**emaker Jerram takes us through shoot thinning. It’s a long process that gives us plenty of time to see how all the vines are tracking as we come into spring and the new growing season.

Because we are a small batch, family vineyard Jerram is the w**e maker but also does a lot of the work in the vineyard, with his dad Barry. You’ll also see them both at the cellar door when you pop in for a tasting 🥂
