After 13 years of growth, we're excited to introduce the next chapter of our business.

We are now Compass Farm & Capital.

Our new name better reflects who we are today, and clearly outlines where we're going. We deliver disciplined investment, outstanding team environments, and high-performing farming operations to create long-term value.

Our name has evolved, but what matters most hasn't.

✅ The same expertise.
✅ The same values.
✅ The same commitment to results.

This isn't about changing who we are. It's about better reflecting where we're going.

Stay connected as we continue to grow, invest and create long-term value.

Today we had the privilege of hosting a group of 3rd year students from Marcus Oldham at Clearview Dairies.

What a great bunch of individuals that contributed to great conversations and gave us a glimpse into what the future has in store for Australian ag.

We look forward to deepening our connection with Marcus Oldham to get the next generation into this industry we are so passionate about.
