Managers at all levels are generally confident in running their day-to-day operations. However, when it comes to leading people and supporting their teams, new managers in particular often struggle to do this well.
Please join me in an online session, where I will provide insights from my research into what makes the best and the worst managers
In this session, I will share with you some of the findings from recent research, including survey results from over 1100 respondents about the best and worst managers they ever had.
Key take-aways from the session:
· Understanding the mindset of the worst managers
· The motivations of the best managers
· The behaviour of the best and worst managers
· How trust is built up (or undermined)
