My primary **Life School is Service**. I naturally notice the people, the emotions and the patterns beneath the surface.

Neither of us is wrong.

We're simply noticing different things.

One of the greatest gifts of Scientific Hand Analysis is discovering that we don't all experience the world in the same way.

One thing fingerprints have taught me is that we all fill in the blanks differently.

A comment.
A situation.
A delayed reply.
A conversation that never happened.

Before we know it, we’ve created a story.

The interesting thing is that the story often feels like a fact.

I was reminded of this recently when I realised I’d become very attached to my version of events… only to discover there was more to the story than I knew.

In Hand Analysis, we see this all the time.

Some people fill in emotional blanks.

Some fill in intellectual blanks.

Some take responsibility for things that were never theirs to carry.

And some avoid the conversation altogether.

The pattern isn’t the problem.

The unconscious pattern is.

I’ve been a little quiet.

Not gone.
Not giving up.
Not hiding under a blanket watching Netflix.

Well… not every day anyway. 😅

Mostly, I’ve been listening, refining, creating, and allowing the work to go deeper.

Sometimes the quiet seasons are where the real pattern starts to reveal itself.

The lessons become clearer.
The noise settles.
The next chapter begins to take shape.

And that’s where I’ve been.

So if you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quieter, thank you for staying here.

I’m back.

Not with all the answers.

But with new insights, fresh ideas, and a few stories to share along the way.

Hope you're having a slower Easter Monday.

Most people think they’re confused about their purpose.

But what I see, over and over again, is something very different.

Your life already has a pattern.
It has direction.
It has meaning.

You just haven’t had the language to recognise it yet.

And once you do…
everything starts to make sense.

Most people don’t realise this until they see it.

Can I share something I see all the time…

So many women feel like they’re searching for their purpose,
trying to “figure it out” or find clarity.

But what I’ve found over years of working with hands is this:

Most people aren’t lost.

They’re just trying to live their life in a way that doesn’t actually match how they’re wired.

And that creates that feeling of something being slightly off…
even when everything looks fine on the outside.

So the instinct is to try harder.

To learn more.
To journal more.
To keep searching for the thing that will finally make it all make sense.

But what if your purpose isn’t something you need to find?

What if it’s something that’s already there…
and you simply haven’t recognised it yet?

This is the work I keep coming back to —
helping people see what’s already been there all along.

And the interesting part?

Your hands already show this very clearly.

Can I say something…

I don’t think you’re lost.

I think you’ve just been trying to do your life the way it works for everyone else.

And it doesn’t.

I see it all the time — women who are smart, aware, doing all the “work”…
and still feeling like something is just slightly off.

Not wrong.
Just not quite them.

So what do we do?

Try harder 🙃

More journaling.
More podcasts.
More “this one will fix me”

(been there…)

But what if your purpose isn’t something you need to find?

What if it’s already there…
you’ve just been overriding it?

This is the work I keep coming back to.

And your hands show this very clearly.

Something has been shifting lately.

Not in a big, dramatic way…
just that quieter feeling of things wanting to be simpler, clearer, more aligned.

I’ve been refining a lot behind the scenes.

Looking at what actually matters.
What works.
What doesn’t anymore.

And coming back to the core of my work:

Understanding your patterns.
Understanding your gifts.
And how that translates into the work you’re here to do.

Because most of the time…

It’s not that you don’t know your purpose.

It’s that you don’t fully trust it yet.

This is the space I’ll be sharing from more again.
