Ever found yourself working so hard for approval that it dulls your light and drains your motivation? 🤔

That’s the danger of the 'approval hustle'. When you’re pushing for the likes, the contract that isn't a valued fit, or the project that’s lost its purpose or blown out of scope... You start trading authenticity for acceptance. 😞😬🫣

That trade costs you dearly. It deprives you of clarity, creativity, and confidence. And when they drop, there's the risk of the 💲💲💲 dropping too!

You don’t need to prove your worth to earn your place. You don't need to change you who are to win. You already bring what you need with you. You just have to be bold enough to take action - and sometimes that means saying "no.", pulling back, or completely stepping away. 🙅‍♀️❌🚪

Trust yourself. Follow your gut.
