One of the biggest challenges in business is not a lack of ideas.

It’s the constant zigzagging.

You head in one direction, get distracted by the next opportunity, shift again, and before long the team has lost clarity and momentum.

That’s why I love the EOS process.

It starts with a simple 90-minute meeting to unpack the 6 key components of the business and create clarity around where you’re going and how you’ll get there.

From there, it’s about building rhythm:
• Quarterly planning
• Reviewing the numbers
• Solving issues
• Re-aligning with the vision
• Creating accountability

The magic is not in a one-off workshop.

It’s in the discipline of revisiting the vision consistently and executing quarter after quarter.

That’s where traction happens.

Spending time with fellow EOS Implementers across APAC is one of the things I love about QCE.

I flew up to Sydney for QCE, our Quarterly Collaborative Exchange, and once again it reminded me why stepping away from the day‑to‑day really matters.

Just like the leadership teams we help run on EOS, we need deliberate time to reset, refocus, and sharpen ourselves too.

QCE acts as a circuit breaker.

Space to learn, reflect, share ideas, and then head into the next quarter with greater clarity and energy.

Grateful for the conversations, the community, and the opportunity to keep growing alongside so many great Implementers.

The real value of weekly meetings isn’t just talking about issues.

It’s having the courage to call things out when Rocks aren’t getting done, numbers are being missed, and accountability is slipping.

Because great teams don’t avoid hard conversations, they use them to improve.

And once a team starts winning together, everything changes.

Momentum builds.
Standards lift.

People want to go again and make the next quarter even better.

People love to win.

There’s something special about seeing a leadership team truly lean in.

Clear vision, honest conversations, real accountability… and the willingness to do the work together.

I’ve had the privilege of being alongside the Leadership Team at Yorke Hendrikx as they’ve stepped into their EOS journey, and it’s been great to watch the shift already taking shape.

Proud of the way they’re showing up, and genuinely excited for what’s ahead. 👊🏼

Most leadership teams I speak to aren’t lacking effort.

They’re just stuck in the day-to-day, making decisions reactively, solving the same issues again and again, and never quite getting the whole team moving in the same direction.

That’s exactly what EOS is designed to fix.

I’m running a Get a Grip on Your Business: EOS Essentials workshop at on Collins Street on May 12, where I’ll walk through the simple tools that help businesses get clear, aligned, and actually gain traction.

It’s practical, hands-on, and built for business owners and leadership teams who want more structure without adding more complexity.

If you’ve ever felt like:
• you’re carrying too much of the load
• your team isn’t fully aligned
• or things just feel harder than they should

This will be worth your time.

I’m keeping the group intentionally small, so if you’re interested, send me a message and I’ll share the details.

Working hard but still feel like your business isn’t gaining real traction?

In this short video, EOS Implementer Reyan Fernando breaks down why growing leadership teams often hit friction, frustration, and misalignment as they scale, and what to do about it.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a simple, proven way to get your team aligned, focused, and executing with discipline.

It all comes down to three things:

Vision: everyone clear on where you’re going
Traction: turning that vision into real results
Healthy: building a strong, cohesive leadership team

When these are in sync, things start to click. Less friction, more momentum.

If you know your team is capable of more, this is a great place to start.

Most leadership teams don’t have an issue identification problem.

They have an issue solving problem.

I see it all the time. The same topics come up week after week. Everyone is aware of them, but they never quite get resolved. Progress slows, frustration builds, and time gets pulled away from the work that actually moves the business forward.

That’s why I’m really glad to see Issues: Remove Friction, Fast-Track Your Growth, and Ignite Your Greatness released today by Mark O’Donnell, Sue Hawkes, and Jill Young.

Because solving issues properly is a skill, and most teams have never been taught how to do it well.

This book gets to the root of that. Not just identifying problems, but solving them in a way that sticks.

When teams get this right, everything changes. Meetings become more effective, leaders grow faster, and the business starts to move with real momentum.

If you’re seeing the same issues come up in your team, this is worth your time.

Grateful to be in rooms like this.

Sharing the power of the Entrepreneurial Operating System with founders and leadership teams who are serious about getting what they want from their business.

Clarity. Accountability. Traction.

Nothing beats real conversations with people ready to level up. 👊

I used to think reading the book was enough.

When I was part of a leadership team running on EOS, we spent months trying to self-implement. We had the ambition and we loved the concepts in Traction, but we lacked the discipline to make them stick.

We were already dealing with 'operational fatigue,' and without a guide, EOS just felt like one more thing on our plates.

The real shift happened when we stopped treating EOS as a DIY project and started treating it as our permanent operating system. That required an outside perspective to break our old habits and create a rhythm we could actually sustain.

For the last 2 years, I’ve moved from sitting in the leadership seat runnon on EOS to being the EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams run on EOS.

My perspective is unique because I’ve felt that frustration firsthand. I know what it’s like to have a clear vision but messy ex*****on.

Now, I help teams skip the 'trial and error' phase I went through. My goal isn't to be a permanent fixture in your business. It’s to teach the tools, facilitate the tough conversations, and coach your team until the system is embedded in your DNA.

An Implementer’s ultimate success is becoming unnecessary. I’m here to help you build the muscle memory so that eventually, you run EOS with total confidence on your own.

Delegate and Elevate is really about getting you out of the weeds so you can focus on what you’re actually great at.

When you hand things over to people who are better suited to do them, you create space to think, lead, and make the bigger decisions that move the business forward. At the same time, your team gets the chance to step up and grow. Everyone wins!

It’s simply about putting the right work in the right hands so the whole organisation runs smoother and stronger.
