G'day clients and future clients

Just a quick heads up that we'll be away from 20 June until the end of July.
While we're away, please feel free to keep sending through quote requests, job information, measurements, and photos. I'll still be able to work on quotes remotely where possible, but I won't be available for site visits or meetings until I return at the end of July.
I've organised a team to help keep things moving with jobs that are currently booked in or waiting to be scheduled, so there should be minimal disruption while we're away.
I wanted to let everyone know in advance so there are no surprises if I'm not able to get out to see you straight away.
We really appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and continued support. Like everyone else, we have family commitments too, and we're looking forward to taking some time away with the kids.

Hi everyone

As many of you are aware, we have extensive experience managing storm related insurance work. In light of Cyclone Narelle, we be waiting it out until conditions are safe and until the Narelle has passed. This means we will not be building any new fence until the coast is clear for obvious reasons.

Following the weekend - should you require a quote feel free to send through your name, contact details and a brief description of your fencing requirements via text message or email. This will allow us to efficiently organise quotes and prioritise jobs as soon as we resume operations.
We have a dedicated team of experienced fencing professionals, along with additional crew on standby, ready to respond to the increased demand and assist as quickly as possible once it is safe to do so.

Quotation Terms Conditions & Exclusions

This quotation is based on the scope of works and materials specified and assumes normal ground and site conditions. Once the originally quoted materials and services have been paid for and supplied the company accepts no liability for the cost of any additional materials labour or equipment required due to unforeseen site conditions.
The company is not responsible for delays damage or additional costs arising from hard digging conditions or underground obstructions including but not limited to limestone rock concrete large tree roots water pipes electrical cables or other concealed services encountered during installation. Should any of these conditions be encountered additional labour materials equipment or time may be required resulting in an increase to the overall cost of the project.
Any additional work required as a result of these conditions will be treated as a variation to the original quotation priced separately and will only proceed upon client approval. Such variations may also impact project timelines.
All works are subject to site access and weather conditions as well as the accurate identification of underground services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all water gas electrical and communication services are clearly marked or located prior to commencement of works. The company accepts no liability for damage to unmarked or unknown services.
Where fencing is required to be installed on or along legal property boundaries it is the client’s responsibility to engage a licensed professional surveyor to clearly identify and mark the correct boundary lines prior to commencement of works. Any surveying required is at the client’s expense and is not included in this quotation unless specifically stated otherwise. The company accepts no liability for boundary disputes or incorrectly identified fence lines.
If temporary fencing is required at any stage of the project for safety security compliance or access reasons all costs associated with the supply installation hire maintenance and removal of temporary fencing shall be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
