🌟 A Little Late, But Worth Sharing! 🌟

Better Care Disability Support Services was proud to attend the North Adelaide Disability Expo and connect with so many amazing participants, families, carers, providers, and community organisations.

It was a wonderful opportunity to build connections, learn about the incredible services available in our community, and share more about how Better Care supports people to achieve their goals, build independence, and live the life they choose.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to have a chat and to the organisers for creating such a valuable event. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our community connections and working together to make a positive difference. 💙

This has been weighing heavy on my heart 💔
What happened recently in Australia is truly heartbreaking. No family should ever feel so exhausted, isolated, or unsupported that they see no way out.
To parents and carers of children with disability — you are not weak for needing rest. Caring is love, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. And that’s okay to say out loud.
🌱 Respite is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.
Taking a break does not mean you love your child any less. It means you are human.
If you are feeling burnt out, stretched thin, or emotionally drained —
