This has been weighing heavy on my heart 💔
What happened recently in Australia is truly heartbreaking. No family should ever feel so exhausted, isolated, or unsupported that they see no way out.
To parents and carers of children with disability — you are not weak for needing rest. Caring is love, but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and lonely. And that’s okay to say out loud.
🌱 Respite is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.
Taking a break does not mean you love your child any less. It means you are human.
If you are feeling burnt out, stretched thin, or emotionally drained —
please reach out.

What a joyful and exciting way to celebrate the festive season! 🎳
Our Christmas Party this year was full of laughter, smiles, and fun. All our members who were able to attend had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed celebrating together.

While not everyone could make it on the day, the spirit of togetherness and gratitude was strongly felt. We sincerely thank all our participants, families, staff, and community for your continued support throughout the year 💙
